Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Fast but Fair LLC ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit fastbutfair.com or submit information through our forms. By using this site, you agree to the practices described below.
Fast but Fair LLC also provides fractional CTO, technology advisory and AI automation consulting. If you contact us about those services, we use the name, email address and message you send only to respond to you and to provide the services you ask for.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact information: name, phone number, email address.
- Property information: address of the property you're considering selling, and any details you choose to share (condition, reason for selling, situation).
- Information you type into our forms: we collect information you enter into forms on this site, such as your property address, name, phone number, and email. That includes information you type but do not submit. If you begin a form and do not complete it, we may use the information you entered to follow up about your property, unless you ask us not to. This data is collected and stored by us directly; we do not sell it or share it with third-party marketers.
- Communications: messages you send us by form, email, text, or phone.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, time on site, referring URL, and similar analytics data, collected through standard web server logs and the measurement tools described in section 5.
- Device data: IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system.
- Ad and location data: when you arrive from one of our ads, the ad service (for example, Google) tells us which ad you clicked, the keyword it was shown for, and the general area you were in or searching about when you clicked, such as a city, ZIP code, or county. This names an area, not a street address or a GPS position. We use it to see which areas our ads reach, and we may use it to show you the page for your area.
- Cookies and similar storage: small files and browser storage used to remember your preferences, measure site performance, and recognize your browser when you return, so a request you started earlier can be continued rather than started over. We use these to keep a record of the pages you visit here and what you enter, and to connect that record to your enquiry. This identifier is created by us, is used only on our own sites, and is never shared with third-party advertisers or data brokers. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings, or ask us to delete what we hold using the contact details below; some site features may not work without this storage.
- Bot and spam protection: our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs invisibly and asks nothing of you. To tell a real visitor apart from an automated one, Cloudflare receives your IP address, your browser's TLS fingerprint and user agent, and the site key of the page you are on. Cloudflare states that it uses these signals to detect and block bots rather than to identify, profile, or target anyone. Its handling of that data is described in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your request for a cash offer.
- To contact you by phone, text, or email about your property or related services.
- To prepare and complete a property transaction with you.
- To improve our website, marketing, and customer service.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. SMS and phone communications
We ask for your consent to text you on the form itself rather than here. It is its own checkbox, unchecked until you tick it.
When you send us a phone number with your request, Fast but Fair LLC and its representatives may call you at that number about it. Tell us to stop calling and we will.
If you tick the text box, you are subscribing to Fast but Fair LLC for Appointments and Conversational/Alerts. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and reply HELP for help. You can also reach us at (888) 974-2345.
Consent to text messages is not a condition of any purchase, and you do not have to give it to get an offer from us. You can decline the text messages and still ask us to call.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share your information with:
- Service providers who help us operate the business (title companies, attorneys, contractors, inspectors) to the extent needed to evaluate or close on a property.
- Advertising and analytics providers (Google and Microsoft) that measure how our site and ads are used, as section 5 describes.
- Providers that handle our calls, which record and transcribe them for us, as section 6 describes.
- Law enforcement or other parties when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
5. Advertising, measurement, and session recording
- Google Analytics and Google Ads: we use Google's tags to measure how visitors use this site and which of our ads lead to a request. These tags set cookies and receive your IP address, device and browser details, and the pages you visit here. When you arrive from one of our ads, Google Ads may also use cookies to show you our ads again on other sites.
- Your contact details, hashed: when you send us a request, the page gives Google a hashed copy of the email address, phone number, and name you entered. Hashing turns each one into a fixed code before it leaves your browser. Google matches that code against its own accounts so we can tell which of our ads work.
- When you get in touch: when you call, text, or write to us, or tell us you are selling, we may send Google Ads a hashed copy of your phone number and email address, the same kind of fixed code described above, so we can tell which of our ads brought you to us. Google does not get the number or the address itself.
- Session recording: we use Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors move through our pages (clicks, taps, scrolling, and mouse movement) so we can see where a page is hard to use. What you type into our forms is masked before it is sent, so the recordings never contain it. Microsoft's handling of this data is described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- Activity across sites: Google and Microsoft may collect information about your visits to this site and other sites over time, through the cookies and tags described above.
- Do Not Track: there is no common standard for browser Do Not Track signals, so this site does not change what it does when it receives one.
You can limit this tracking:
- Manage how Google uses your data for ads at My Ad Center, and stop Google Analytics from measuring your visits with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Block or clear cookies in your browser settings, or browse in a private window. The site still works without them, though a request you started earlier may not be remembered.
6. Phone calls
Calls with us, by phone or in your browser, are recorded. Our service providers transcribe them for us: Deepgram turns speech into text, and AI services help our team write notes about the call and keep track of what was said. They process the audio and text only to provide these services to us, and Deepgram does not use it to train its models.
We keep recordings, transcripts, and notes with the rest of the information about your property, as section 8 describes, and you can ask us to delete them. If you tell us during a call that you do not want it recorded, we delete the recording of your side of the call.
7. Your choices and rights
- Access, correction, deletion: you can ask us what information we have about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below.
- Opt out of marketing: reply STOP to any text, or email us to be removed from marketing lists.
- California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and to request deletion. Contact us to exercise these rights.
8. Data retention and security
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Children
Our website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
